On site
Document the property room by room
What Sachnah does
We begin with an overview and then work consistently through the agreed rooms: overview images, relevant details, short neutral notes and agreed videos. The walkthrough is visibly accompanied by a body-worn camera.
What you decide or provide
You do not need to attend. A named contact remains available for questions or unexpected situations if agreed in advance.
What you receive
An organised set of observations, files and the agreed bodycam record from the appointment.

Exceptions
Flag uncertainty instead of making an independent decision
What Sachnah does
We separate inaccessible areas, visible deviations, apparent damage and possible finds from confirmed observations.
What you decide or provide
You or the authorised person decide what happens next. A stop-and-report step can be agreed for sensitive finds.

Open points, limitations and transfers remain traceable.

If requested, we coordinate a defined clearance, estate-agent or access appointment and document the agreed handover.

Questions about the process

Before the appointment, know what matters.

If your situation is unusual, describe it in your enquiry and we will scope the next step before any instruction.

Do I need to be in Germany for the appointment?

No. You can instruct Sachnah from abroad. Access, a local contact for questions and the key route are agreed before the appointment. We do not make unapproved decisions when something unexpected is found.

What happens if belongings or possible valuables are found?

We do not independently value, sell, remove or discard items. A possible find can be documented and transferred to an authorised recipient after your instruction and a defined handover process.

Is the report a legal estate inventory or valuation?

No. It is a practical record of the agreed visible condition at a particular time. It is not legal advice, a notarial estate inventory, an expert report or a binding valuation.

Can you also organise clearance or an estate-agent visit?

Yes, as separate coordination modules. The external provider keeps its own contract and quotation. Sachnah does not become your property manager or dispose of belongings without appropriate authority.

Why is a body-worn camera used during the walkthrough?

A visible bodycam creates a traceable record of the agreed appointment and helps protect the client, the person on site and authorised participants. It is announced in advance, audio is disabled by default and the camera is limited to the agreed area. Without a prior lawful recording arrangement, Sachnah does not carry out the walkthrough.
