What exactly does Sachnah do?
We carry out agreed on-site documentation visits, organise photographs and short videos by room, provide a structured report and coordinate clearly defined access, clearance-quotation or estate-agent appointments.
Is Sachnah a property manager, valuer or law firm?
No. Sachnah is a documentation and coordination service. We do not provide legal advice, property management, surveillance, binding valuations or a legally formal estate inventory.
Can you deal with belongings found during clearance?
We can agree a stop-and-report process and document transfer to an authorised recipient. We do not independently value, sell or dispose of items without an adequate mandate.
Where in Germany is the service available?
Current service regions include Dresden, Leipzig, Berlin, Munich, Erfurt, Halle (Saale), Frankfurt (Main), Cologne and the Rhineland, the Ruhr area, Hamburg, Nuremberg, Bayreuth and selected locations in Upper Franconia. Other German addresses can be checked on request.
